Used 9,000 bph Isobaric Sparkling Wine Bottling Line is a complete system designed for the production of sparkling wine and still wine. This plant, built in 2010 by Vir Mauri, offers a capacity of 9,000 bph for still wine, while for sparkling wine the output is up to 8,500 bottles of 0.75 L/h and 5,500 bottles of 0.75 L/h.

The line includes several stations, starting with the Ape depalletizer model Depal 2010 from 2016, which operates by pushing and has a speed of 35 cycles/hour. The pallet warehouse supports pallet sizes with a maximum width and length of 1000 mm and 1200 mm, respectively.

Next, there is a Virmauri triblock model Cheope 32/48/6/6 from 2000, which includes a rinser with 32 grippers, a filler with 48 valves for isobaric filling, and a three-stage corker, each with electrically adjustable heads. Corker 1 handles straight and mushroom corks, corker 2 handles Stelvin caps, and corker 3 is for plastic mushroom caps.

Also included are the Padovan pasteurizer model Past. Tunnel from 1996, which uses water spray heating, and an Europool drying tunnel model TE 02 from 2014 for air-knife drying. The line also features a Robino & Galandrino wire-hooder and a latest generation capsuler.

The PE labeller model Modular SM from 2014 allows the application of various types of labels, while the packaging system includes a Cima carton former model CCH/2V from 2004 and an Ape case packer, both operating with hot-melt glue.

Finally, the Ape palletizer model Pal 3010 from 2014 completes the cycle with a speed of 1.5 layers/minute, ensuring efficient pallet handling.

The line is designed to work with bottles of varying diameters from 70 mm to 107 mm and offers several levels of safety with integrated protective guards.
