Used Sidel Complete PET Bottling Line 28.000 bph

Used Sidel PET Bottling Line 28,000 BPH from 2005, manufactured by Sidel, is designed for an hourly output of 28,000 BPH. The machine is suitable for bottling still and sparkling water, operating at a speed of 28,000 BPH with 0.5 L sparkling water and 6×4 shrink packs.

This system is composed of the following elements:

• Sidel PET Blower, Model: SBO 20, with 20 cavities (molds not included), equipped with a preform elevator/orienter.
• Sidel Filler with 140 valves, using an isobaric filling system and mechanical-volumetric valves with degassing function.
• AROL Capper with 15 heads working with Gravity and Exalite caps, featuring a pick & place distribution system.
• Nitrogen Doser Nitrodose System, built in 2017.
• Sidel Mixer, Model: MAS – MIX, year 2005, without vacuum pump.
• Sidel CIP, Model: AUTOMATIC CIP, year 2005.
• AROL Cap Inverter/Elevator, Model: ELEV PNEU, year 2005.
• SIPAC Bottle Dryer, designed for left-to-right bottle handling.
• Krones Labeler, Model: Contiroll 960-24-2, year 2002, operating counterclockwise with electric head adjustment and 24 plates. Plate movement is via mechanical cam with belt. Includes 2 stations with automatic splicing and can apply 1 label in Roll-Fed mode.
• Videojet Inkjet Coder, Model 1880, with 2 units.
• SMI Shrink Wrapper, Model: SK600F, overhauled and recertified in 2023, film launch type, equipped for 6×4 packs of 0.5 L bottles.
• Full Bottle Conveyor Belts, code NP 680.

This bottling line is a complete system for high-capacity PET beverage production, including all machines required for the process from blowing and filling to labeling and packaging.
