Used PET Bottling Line Krones 30,000 bph from 2006, is a complete system for the production of still water. This bottling line can achieve an hourly productivity of 30,000 bottles per hour in 1.5-liter square bottles.

The system includes a monoblock that combines a blow molder, a filler, and a capping machine, all from the Krones brand. The blow molder, model Krones Contiform S20, is a rotary type with 20 molds and dates back to 2006. The filler is a volumetric type, equipped with 84 valves and uses a gravity filling system with flow meters. The capping machine has 18 heads and uses Alaska 3-principle caps, with a pick & place distribution system.

In addition to the main components, the line includes a preform inverter from 2018, a cap elevator from 2006, and a preform aligner from 2006, all part of the blow molder. The bottle handling is done through a Krones Synco system from 2006.

The drying tunnel (model TF-04, 2006) and the labeler (model Krones Etima, 2006) complete the line, featuring a label presence control function. This labeler is a rotary type with high capacity for applying OPP labels and an electric head adjustment system.

The shrink bundler (model Vega N70/2, 2006) and the handle applicator (model Decimo HM 100/2, 2006) are designed for handling the bundling and handling of shrink-wrapped packages. The palletizer (model Pegasus M400, 2006), a layer-type machine, features a pallet magazine and a system for pallet loading.
