Used Labeller Kosme Extra Fix 4.200 bph

Used Kosme Extra Fix 4,200 bph Labeler from 2010, designed for high productivity with a capacity of 4,200 bph. This machine features an Extra Fix 504/6 sc2 e3 model with a clockwise rotation sensor. The head is electrically adjustable and has 6 mechanical cam plates, providing excellent precision in label application.

Labeling takes place in two stations, using cold glue. The machine can apply up to 3 labels per bottle. An additional stretching function at the outlet is included to ensure a good final result.

This labeler supports bottles with the following diameters: 79.5 ± 1.5 mm for 75 cl bottles, 69 ± 1.5 mm for Steinie 33 cl bottles, and 60 ± 1.5 mm for long neck 33 cl bottles.

The machine dimensions are 3700 mm x 2250 mm x 2200 mm, and it is equipped with safety protections to ensure operator safety.
