Used Bertolaso 12.12.1 Filling Triblock from 2006 is a machine designed for the production of still wine with a high production capacity of 2,500 bph. This model, called Minibloc 12/12/1, offers a filling process that occurs under slight vacuum, using 12 mechanical valves.

The machine is equipped with a vacuum system and inert gas injection before filling to ensure product quality. The single-head cork capper allows the use of cork stoppers, with a diameter ranging from 22 to 26 mm and a height between 35 and 50 mm. The height adjustment for the capping head is manual, and the vacuum is created before capping, followed by gas injection.
