The Used filling monoblock Procomac 90.70.20 Aseptic is a reliable and efficient machine designed for aseptic filling processes. Manufactured by Procomac in 2001, this monoblock system is capable of producing up to 22,000 bottles per hour (bph) for 0.5 LT bottle formats, and operates at 18,000 bph for 1.5 LT formats.

The machine operates in a clockwise direction and is equipped with a rinser featuring 90 clamps that employ a single treatment method using a fixed nozzle. The filling mechanism consists of 70 valves designed specifically for aseptic filling to ensure product integrity and safety.

The capper section of the machine is equipped with 20 heads that accommodate screw plastic pre-threaded caps of diameter D.28 as well as sport caps. A caps elevator is included to facilitate smooth operation during the capping process.
