Used PET Bottling Line Sidel-Krones 18,000 BPH from manufacturer Krones-Sidel, built between 2000 and 2024, with an hourly production capacity of 18,000 BPH.

This line is designed for bottling still water in 0.5 L and 2 L formats. It includes a preform tipper manufactured by VE.CO., model R 13/2, year 2002.

The monoblock integrates blowing, filling, and capping systems, consisting of a SIDEL SBO 16 Series 2 Blower (year 2002, rotary type) with 16 molds (molds not included). An air recovery system is included, while a chiller is not provided.

The SIDEL ALSIM filler, also from 2002, operates by gravity with 63 valves/taps and features a pressurized cabin with filters. The AROL capper has 12 heads and is compatible with pre-threaded plastic caps, using a pick & place distribution system.

The line includes a cap elevator built by AROL (year 2002, mechanical type).

The labeler, manufactured by KRONES, model CONTIROLL (year 2012), is rotary and features electric head adjustment, with 16 plates and 1 roll-fed labeling station. It can apply wrap-around plastic labels and includes a Videojet 3210 laser coder from 2024.

The shrink-wrapper is from SMI, model SK452 F (year 2005), film launch version, while the handle applicator is a TWINPACK, model MHTE (year 2000).
