Used Krones PET Bottling Line 30,000 bph, built in 2004, designed for still water production, with the possibility of modification for sparkling water filling.

The machine reaches an hourly production of 30,000 bph with 0.5 l and 1.5 l bottles, and 22,000 bph with 2 l bottles. It has a total of 56,000 working hours and is equipped with safety protections.

The line includes several key components:

Preform tipper M. Tanner AG model VZT-4010, year 2004.
Krones preform washing system, year 2004.
High-pressure compressor Ateliers Francois model 20G282, year 2004, with an operating pressure of 40 BAR.
Krones PET blower model Contiform 20, year 2004, with 20 cavities (molds not included).

It also includes a preform feeder and orienter, a Gassner cap elevator and orienter (2004), suitable for plastic pre-threaded caps and sport caps. A Steinecker CIP model Media, year 2004, and a WEDEDCO UV station for water treatment with UV rays are also included.

The KRONES MONOBLOCK, composed of filler and capper, model Isofill, year 2004, operates with a counterclockwise rotation direction and has electric height adjustment. The filler features 88 valves with an isobaric filling system and mechanical valves, while the capper has 22 heads suitable for plastic pre-threaded caps and sport caps, with a pick & place distribution system.

A Heuft bottle inspector model HBBVXTXXX, year 2015, is included for overfill, underfill, cap presence and cap alignment control. The Krones bottle conveyors, year 2004, are also part of the line.

The line is equipped with a Krones labeller model Contiroll, year 2019, with electric head adjustment and label presence control. The Variopac shrink-wrapper, year 2004, is used for film-only packaging. The Krones Wrap Around model Wrapapac, year 2004, uses a Nordson hot-melt glue system for bottle carton packaging.

The line also includes Krones pack/carton conveyors and a Comag handle applicator model H 55/2, year 2004, with double lane. The Krones palletizer model Pressant, year 2004, is designed for palletizing packs and cartons with a push system and features a pallet magazine with slip-sheet applicator and dual entry. The Robopac pallet wrapper model HELIX HS 30, year 2004, uses a rotating arm wrapping system with pre-stretch.
