Used Complete Krones Bottling Line 46.000 bph is designed for high-efficiency bottling operations with a production capacity of 46.000 bph. Manufactured by Krones between 2007 and 2008, this complete line efficiently handles PET bottles with a volume of 500 ml, equipped with screw plastic caps measuring 26.7 mm.

The line incorporates several advanced components, including a Tanner Preform Loading System and a Krones 24-cavity Blow Molder of the Contiform S24 model, ensuring high-quality bottle production. A high-pressure air compressor enables optimal operation throughout the system.

The Lanfranchi Bottle Unscrambler, Model L3-SR-21-27 sorts and organizes the bottles for filling, while the Krones Airco Air Conveyor facilitates smooth transport through the bottling process. The filling station features a Krones 104 Valve Volumetric Bottle Filler, VODM-PET, equipped with a 39 Head Capper specifically made for 26.7 mm caps.

The line features a Douglas M75 Packer – Shrink Bundler with a contour tunnel, board feed, and print registration film for secure packing of finished products. The Descon full bottle stainless conveyor ensures smooth transport, while the Ryson Case Spiral Elevator Case Conveyor of model 1-1300-400-BI-2.25 efficiently elevates cases for further processing.

An overhead case conveyor guides cases to the palletizer's infeed metering belt. The PAI 5250 High Level Linear Palletizer, equipped with a platform, infeed metering conveyor, and tier sheet inserter, enhances palletizing efficacy. Lastly, a Full Pallet Discharge Roller Conveyor transports pallets from the palletizer to the Wulftec Automatic Pallet Wrapper, model WCRT-200, which features infeed and discharge pallet conveyors for streamlined operations.
