Used Complete Isobaric Bottling Line Pet & Glass bottles is a versatile bottling line manufactured by BC, capable of handling both PET and glass bottles. This machinery was constructed between the years 2000 and 2013 and boasts an impressive hourly production capacity of 8,000 bph.

The line accommodates various bottle formats, including 0.50Lt, 0.90Lt, 1Lt, 1.5Lt, and 2Lt PET bottles, as well as 0.75Lt and 1Lt returnable glass bottles. Key components of the system include a SIAPI blower from 2000, a preform tilter installed in 2012, and ZECCHETTI air conveyors from 2000, ensuring efficient processing.

Processing efficiency is enhanced by the SYMPAK depalletizer from 2003, the BC 42.50.10 filling monoblock from 2000 equipped for both Alask caps for PET and BPF caps for glass, and an ozonator also from 2000. The line features a caps elevator from 2000 and a Corbonator BC from the same year.

Labelling is managed by two labellers: a KOSME labeller utilizing cold glue and hot melt for a partial label in paper from 2000 and a P.E. hot melt labeller for wraparound labelling, installed in 2003. Quality control is ensured with an inspector for cap, level, and label checks from 2000 and an inkjet VIDEOJET from 2013 for printing.
