The used KHS 32,000 cph canning line from 2014 is a comprehensive industrial solution designed to deliver high performance, maximum reliability, and versatility in producing cans of various formats. Thanks to its high production capacity, this line is ideal for facilities requiring sustained speeds and tightly controlled processes at every stage of filling.

The line supports multiple can formats: 330 ml 211 (66 mm), 330 ml Sleek (59 mm), and 500 ml 211 (66 mm), the latter with a dedicated speed of 22,000 cph. This flexibility allows companies to easily manage different product lines.

Can handling starts with the KHS Innopal Depall LD 2014 depalletizer, featuring bottom feed and top discharge, complete with conveyor belts. The cans are then treated by the HF Meyer 2014 rinser, ensuring efficient and hygienic pretreatment.

Filling is handled by the KHS Innofill DMD 40 filler with 40 filling valves, designed to ensure high precision, low dissolved oxygen, and maximum finished product quality. This is followed by the Ferrum F6 2014 seamer, a reliable solution for can closure.

Quality control is ensured by two Heuft systems: the empty can inspector and the fill level inspector. The line also includes a 2014 Inkjetcoder for bottom can marking.

After filling, the KHS Innopas PISC 36 2014 pasteurizer tunnel stabilizes the product. Downstream of the thermal process operates the Europool dryer, installed in dual positions to guarantee perfect drying before packaging.

Packaging is managed by two KHS systems: the Kisters SP 060 B Multipacker and the Kisters WSP A-L tray/shrink wrapper, allowing different packing configurations. Completing the line are the KHS Innopal PB1 palletizer and the Atlanta Revolution LS pallet wrapper.

The line is equipped with a full set of KHS conveyors for cans, trays, and pallets, optimizing production flow and reducing downtime. This used KHS 32,000 cph line represents a high-performance solution for producers of beer, soft drinks, energy drinks, and high-volume canned beverages.
