It features a sophisticated filling process known as Ultra Clean, ensuring optimal hygiene and quality during production.

With a total operational time of approximately 40,000 hours, this line is equipped with advanced control systems utilizing Siemens Simatic S7-series PLCs.

The bottling line includes a Krones VarioClean F AUT, which is a fully automatic CIP system, along with a GEA TDS Processing Plant that comprises a flash pasteurizer, mixer, carbonator, degasser, and various tanks. The preform handling involves a Krones Contifeed RS feeding system and a Prejet Linear cleaning unit, paired with the Cassner Cap Feeding System for cap rinsing and sterilization.

The line’s blow moulder is a Krones Contiform S12M and features an Ultra Clean Krones Volumetric Filler of the Type Volumetric VODM-PET with an integrated capper. Additionally, the line is equipped with a Krones Vario Dos for filler block cleaning. For quality control, it has a Date Coder from Domino (DDC 3, laser) and a Filling Level Inspector made by Krones Checkmat.
