Used MBF Bottling Line 9,500 bph, built in 2015, is a plant designed to ensure high productivity of 9,500 bph, specifically for bottling with aluminum screw caps. The line is composed of various efficient modules, such as the Ape depalletizer model Depal 2010, which operates at a speed of 60 layers/hour, with automatic layer operation, handling pallets of size 1200 mm x 800 mm and 1200 mm x 1000 mm.

The MBF Triblock, model Synchrofill 1440.40F1/1440.40LV/360.6R/360.5V, provides filling and capping functions with a counter-clockwise configuration, where the rinser uses 40 grippers, and the carousel height adjustment is electric. The filler, equipped with 40 valves, uses a slight vacuum system and gas injection mechanics, ensuring efficient water treatment.

Capping machine 1 includes 6 heads for cork stoppers with variable sizes, while capping machine 2 has 5 heads for aluminum caps, both with electric height adjustment. The line can handle bottles with diameters ranging from 55 mm to 100 mm and heights from 180 mm to 360 mm.

The OMAR Drying Tunnel, model Asco 4, uses an air blade system, while the Robino & Galandrino capper, model Poker z 6/12, with 6 thermal heads and 12 rolling heads, is designed for continuous operation.

The Cavagnino & Gatti Labeling Machine, model cg-cll-12-3xpsh-cf-6-mp, is a clockwise rotary machine with 12 platters and an electronic cam drive system. The plant is completed with a carton packing and sealing system using different Ape models, while the carton storage has a capacity of 250 units, ensuring a smooth and continuous production process operation.
