Bottling line for wine 12,000 bph used produced by KHS, built in 2001, with a production capacity of 12,000 bph for 0.75-liter bottles. The line includes a depalletizer Keber model Depack 92 with a speed of 65 layers/hour, a microfiltration plant Pall model Saso64gnw80j-it from 1998, and a monoblock KHS model Innofill um from 2001, capable of reaching speeds up to 33,000 BPH.

The system includes a rinser with 100 grippers, automatic carousel height adjustment, and a fixed nozzle for two treatments of water and nitrogen. The filler features 100 gravity nozzles with automatic tank height adjustment and a mechanical valve. There is a corker with 20 heads for smooth corks of size 25 mm x 48 mm and a vacuum system before corking, along with an inert gas injection system.

The line also includes a corker for Stelvin closures with 15 heads, automatic head height adjustment, and an on-the-fly distribution system. Two pneumatic cork elevators are included. The FT System bottle inspector model clx-300/ce333 from 2001 checks for corks, level, capsules, and labels, with three rejectors for waste on a conveyor.

The WBeer capsule distributor from 2001 and the Nortan capsule applicator for PVC model Termocap 12 from 2002 with 12 heads complete the system. The Kosme labeler model Top.Star from 1998 features automatic adjustment and 16 heads.
