Used Complete Bottling Line Borelli Beer is a machinery system designed for the efficient bottling of beer. Constructed in 2016 by Borelli, this line boasts an impressive hourly production rate of 2.500 bph.

The Complete Bottling Line incorporates a Filling Monoblock BORELLI that features a 12-valve filler utilizing gravity filling technology, equipped with an antifoam function to ensure optimal filling conditions. The filling process operates in a clockwise direction, accommodating bottle formats including 33 cl long neck and 75 cl Trento.

Included in this system is a single head crown capper that handles caps measuring 26mm/29mm, as well as a vacuum pump for enhancing the bottling process. The washing group ensures that bottles are prepped for filling.

To enhance branding and compliance, the line features an ENOS T 4 labeller, also built in 2016, which operates at the same speed of 2.500 bph. This labeller supports multiple application types, including front labels, back labels, and collars, utilizing a step-by-step motor for precise labeling.

Additionally, the bottling line is equipped with a capsuling machine that operates with a single head PVC and incorporates a plateau capsule distribution system across three adhesive stations for efficient capsule application.
