Used GAI 4608 DL Capsule Chucker 2001 from 2001, designed for sealing bottles with polylaminate capsules. This model is equipped with a plateau capsule distributor operating in a clockwise direction and can achieve an hourly production of 6,000 bph. The machine features 8 roller heads for capsule application, ensuring effective capsule placement.

The available electric adjustments include the height of the capsule distributor and the stretching carousel, both easily controllable to adapt to various bottle sizes.
