Bertolaso Used Bottling Line from 1999, designed for an hourly production of 2,000 bph. This line consists of several specialized machines:

The SBR 1R.4.12.132 rinser is equipped with 12 grippers and uses a fixed nozzle for a single treatment. The Bertolaso Olimpia 12 filler, also from 1999, is equipped with 12 valves and uses a gravity filling system with slight vacuum.

The Bertolaso Gloria 500 R/S capper, also from 1999, is designed for the application of smooth cork stoppers, while the Bertolaso Alfa 110 capper, also from 1999, uses 29mm crown caps.

Completing the line, we have the Cames WDT-3-8 washer-dryer, from 2004, which offers air blade drying, and the Cavagnino & Gatti Cg80/4/2xps labeler from 2012. This labeler has a counterclockwise direction of rotation and features 2 adhesive stations and 4 heads.
