Used MBF still wine bottling line Built in 2011, designed for an hourly production rate of 10.000 bottles per hour. This line includes a cap elevator, a filling monoblock MBF 45.50.6 and a rinser with 45 clamps. It is equipped with a 50-valve filler and a 6-head screw capper. A bottle dryer is included to ensure the bottles are completely dry before packaging. The line is equipped with a bottle inspector for level control.

The label maker is a Sacmi Kube of 2017, with 6 adhesive stations. The line also includes a carton erector Cermex, a gluer Nordson, a cartoner TMG and a carton sealer D. S. Smith. There is another gluer Nordson and a carton scale for efficient packaging management. Please note that the conveyor belts are not included.
