Il MBF TriblockThe Synchrofill 1440.40F1/1440.40LV/360.6R/360.5V model offers filling and capping capabilities with a counterclockwise configuration, featuring a 40-clamp rinser and electric carousel height adjustment. The 40-valve filler uses a low-vacuum system and gas injection mechanics, allowing for efficient water treatment.

Corking machine 1 includes 6 heads for natural corks of varying sizes, while corking machine 2 has 5 heads for aluminum corks, both with electrically adjustable head height. The line can handle bottles with diameters ranging from 55 mm to 100 mm and heights from 180 mm to 360 mm.
