Used MBF 5.000 bph bottling line built in 2004. This machine is able to guarantee a hourly production of 5.000 bphThe system operates in counterclockwise direction of travel. It is equipped with a depalletizer APE mod. BABYDEPAL of 2002. The MBF filling monoblock mod. SYNCHROFILL It dates back to 1997 and has several features such as a rinser with 20 clamps, movable nozzle and a double treatment.

The machine includes a 20-valve filler which operates with a slight depression and a 4-head capper with a smooth cork stopper. There is also a AROL 3-head capper for the STELVIN 30×60 cap. Furthermore, there is a NORTAN capper mod. PRISMA 40T for PVC, also from 2004, together with a plateau capsule dispenser.

For labeling, there are two different label makers: TheENOS labeller with 2 adhesive stations and theCAVAGNINO&GATTI 6-head labelling machine, from 2004, which includes 3 adhesive stations. The packaging process is managed by a APE carton formers, aAPE cartoner, closes and a APE palletizer, all produced in 2002. Finally, a APE pallet wrapper of 2002 completes the line.
