Alfatek Tri-Block Filler Used from 2004 is a machine designed for processing glass bottles, ensuring an hourly production of 5,200 bph. This model, labeled as tbs, features a series of advanced technical characteristics.

The rinser section is equipped with 24 grippers and allows electric height adjustment of the carousel, using a fixed nozzle for a water treatment called DEOX. Included in the system are 6 heads for vacuum and nitrogen injection before filling.

The filler is equipped with 28 taps and offers electric height adjustment of the tank, operating with slight depression via a mechanical valve.

Finally, the capper is equipped with 4 heads, capable of handling flat cork caps with a diameter of 26 mm and a height of 55 mm. This section also includes electric height adjustment of the head and features a vacuum before capping.

The supported bottle diameters range from Ø 60 mm to 100 mm, ensuring versatility and adaptability. The machine is also equipped with safety guards to ensure safe operation.
