International bottling and packaging projects

Elitekno brings technical consultancy and machinery supply together for international bottling and packaging projects. Our experience spans three generations, with the main base in Italy. The conversation can start with a beverage, a container or a production idea: you do not need to know every machine name before contacting us.

A machinery investment built on technical judgement

Elitekno starts with consultancy: understand the intended product and packaging, compare suitable equipment and define the project clearly. A considered proposal identifies the machine, documented formats, condition, interfaces and requested support. Three generations of experience inform this approach, with coordination through our main base in Italy.

From the individual machine to the complete packaging line

A winery, brewery, water bottler or contract beverage producer may need a complete installation, one replacement machine or a different pack format. Tell us whether you want to bottle still or sparkling wine, fill PET bottles, can beer or soft drinks, or prepare cases and pallets. We help clarify the project and assess equipment against the actual product and packaging requirements.

Milk and dairy drinks, juices, spirits, liqueurs and other beverages require their own process assessment. Glass, PET, cans, carton and brick packs are different equipment routes. Filling, preservation, closures, labels and downstream packaging are considered together; availability and suitability are confirmed for the specific offer.

Each project is assessed for its destination. Feasibility of supply, transport and required documentation are checked before the offer is confirmed. The options described do not guarantee delivery or customs clearance for every destination.

Discuss the destination as part of the project

Elitekno assesses international bottling and packaging projects. Enquiries can cover destinations throughout Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa and Oceania. Share the installation country and the delivery location so that the machinery, route, documentation and requested support can be assessed for that destination.

For projects in the United States, you can also visit Elitekno USA. The destination of a project is distinct from the location of the equipment: the offer confirms where the machine is available for inspection and collection.

Choose the support you need

The machinery supply and additional services are defined separately. Depending on your request, the proposal can cover format equipment or adaptations, dismantling, packing, loading, unloading, transport, installation, commissioning, technical assistance, on-site supervision and operator training. Manuals and technical documents are checked for availability.

You may arrange some stages with your own team and request Elitekno support for others. The quotation and contract specify the agreed activities, responsibilities and charges. This makes the scope clear before the project proceeds.

What to send us, even at an early stage

Start with the beverage, intended bottle or pack, desired output and destination country. If available, add photographs or drawings, closure and label details, the planned pack and pallet pattern, available space, timing and budget. If some points are undecided, tell us: consultancy helps turn that starting idea into an equipment brief.

Cannot find the machine you need?

The online catalogue represents part of the opportunities Elitekno can assess. Some machinery is managed through other channels, reserved or becoming available and may not appear on the website. Contact us with your requirements even if you cannot find a suitable machine: we check relevant opportunities and confirm availability and terms in the individual proposal.

Find machinery by beverage or container

You can start with what you make and how you want to pack it, even if you do not know the equipment names. These sections connect beverage applications with the machinery currently listed in the catalogue.

For juices, soft drinks, milk and dairy drinks, spirits or liqueurs, describe your project to Elitekno. Include whether the product is still or carbonated and any hot filling or aseptic requirements. For carton or brick packs, share the exact pack specification. Suitability is assessed for the individual machine or line; a container name alone does not establish compatibility.

The packaging equipment guide covers the next stages, from case packing to wrapping and palletising.

Bottling and packaging projects by destination

This is an informational geographical index, not a statement of completed sales or an offer to supply every country or territory. Any proposed transaction is subject to checks of the machinery, recipient, end use and applicable rules, including trade restrictions, customs requirements and transport.

Elitekno assesses enquiries for international machinery projects. Use this destination directory to find the project examples available and to describe where your equipment will be installed. For every destination, information and project coordination go through the central Elitekno company contact in Italy. The quotation confirms machinery location, availability and the requested services.

Americas

Build the shipment around the equipment list

For a project in the Americas, distinguish the installation country, the machine’s collection location and the receiving site. Confirm which units, conveyors and format parts belong to the proposal, then use that list to define dismantling, packing, handling and transport. The importer and the agreed logistics providers check classification, documentation and the route for the actual goods.

Start with bottling lines, water equipment or case packing and end-of-line machinery. The linked destination guides below provide further project checklists. For EU trade with a non-EU destination, the European Commission’s Access2Markets information is a starting point for product-specific requirements; it does not replace checks on the transaction.

Europe

Separate line integration from cross-border transfer

A European project can involve a complete installation or a replacement machine in an existing line. Record the changes to mechanical transfers, control signals, format equipment and guarding before comparing offers. The EU, Great Britain and other European destinations do not all follow the same import or product requirements.

The guides for France, Germany and the United Kingdom address different documentation and project questions. For other destinations listed here, describe the receiving site and the actual machinery so the applicable route can be assessed. You can also search by Krones, KHS or Bertolaso, and compare the specific formats and interfaces in each reference.

Check the receiving site and import documentation together

For an installation in Asia, provide the actual site utilities, container drawings, beverage conditions and operating requirements. The machine’s nameplate, available diagrams and included format parts must be compared with that brief. Country names and nominal speed do not establish electrical or process compatibility.

The Japan guide gives an equipment-record and receiving-site checklist. For other destinations, agree the importer’s information needs and requested instruction or supervision with the proposal. Explore can filling equipment, water machinery and packaging equipment; for milk, juice or carton packs, specify the process and exact packaging family so suitability can be assessed individually.

Plan delivery to the receiving facility

For projects in Africa, give the final installation location rather than only the destination port or country. Define access dimensions, unloading arrangements, handling equipment and the space needed for dismantled sections and reassembly. Agree the handover between transport, unloading and installation so that responsibilities are clear in the proposal.

Prepare a machine and format list for inspection, identify available technical documents and specify any requested commissioning, supervision or operator instruction. The scope is assessed for the receiving facility; no local stock or automatic on-site service is implied by a destination listing. Compare water bottling equipment, bottling lines and packaging machinery, or send requirements not covered by the online catalogue.

Oceania

Include biosecurity preparation for used equipment

For Australia and New Zealand, discuss the equipment’s use and storage history with the importer before shipment. Australia’s DAFF cleanliness guidance and New Zealand’s MPI machinery import guidance provide official starting points for the applicable biosecurity checks. Requirements depend on the actual machinery and route; cleaning or packing alone does not guarantee clearance.

Distinguish hygienic process cleaning from import preparation, and agree cleaning access, packing records, storage and loading conditions. Provide the receiving-site utilities and requested formats before assessing adaptations. Use wine machinery, beer equipment and canning equipment as catalogue starting points, then confirm the specific machine and support required.

What to include in a destination enquiry

Send the country and delivery location, beverage, bottle or can format, closure, required output and any existing line details. Include access dimensions and site utilities where available. For carton or brick packs, define the product and filling process before selecting equipment. For contract bottling and private-label production, indicate batch sizes and format changes.

Your destination is not listed? Contact Elitekno to discuss the project. Inspection, machinery compatibility, documentation and any requested dismantling, transport, installation or start-up support are assessed for the individual offer.
