Turnkey project support with a defined scope
Turnkey support brings the agreed supply and transfer services into one coordinated project. Buying equipment for a factory in another country starts with a clear production brief and a practical delivery plan. Elitekno coordinates the machinery project with you, whether you need a complete bottling line, an individual machine or parts for a format change. The team helps define the equipment, services and responsibilities at each stage.
First, share your product, containers, closures, formats, required output and factory details. We review the proposed equipment and available technical information with you. A visit can be arranged on request so that you can assess the machinery and discuss the project before confirming the purchase.
Once the equipment and commercial terms are agreed, reservation proceeds with the deposit specified in the order confirmation. The balance follows the contract terms and is settled before the subsequent stages identified in that agreement. The team explains the sequence so that you can plan both the investment and the equipment transfer.
Before each phase, we agree which activities Elitekno will organise and which the customer will provide. This covers the relevant services, access, connections, site preparations and handovers. The quotation and order documents identify the work included and any services requested separately.
Elitekno organises dismantling, professional packing, loading onto trucks or into containers, and worldwide transport according to the agreed project scope. Packing and loading are planned around the equipment, route and handling requirements. The team coordinates these stages and the applicable transport documentation with the delivery arrangements.
Unloading and installation can be requested at a separate cost. Define the destination responsibilities, site readiness and any commissioning requirements before dispatch. Spare parts, change parts and technical assistance can also be discussed for the machine and formats required, helping you plan the equipment's introduction into production.
Plan the handover before the equipment moves
Your production team may provide some activities itself, while Elitekno coordinates the services you request. Before each stage, the project plan identifies responsibilities, timing and the information needed to proceed. The quotation separates the equipment price from the agreed service charges, including any requested unloading, installation and commissioning.
- At origin: machinery location, access, isolation responsibilities, dismantling, lifting, packing and loading arrangements.
- In transit: transport route, truck or container requirements, applicable documents and packing precautions for the journey. Moisture and corrosion protection for sea shipments is specified for the equipment and route.
- At destination: unloading equipment, site access, foundations or positioning, utilities, line interfaces and the requested installation or start-up work.
Support for the machine and its next formats
Ask about spare parts, bottle change parts such as timing screws and starwheels, format tooling, technical assistance and overhaul work. Send the manufacturer, model, serial number and relevant drawings or photographs where available. The team reviews the requirement and proposes the applicable scope for the equipment concerned.
