Used Complete Sidel Bottling Line PET 10.000 bph is designed for efficient bottling operations with a production capacity of 10.000 bph. This line includes essential components such as the BLOWER SIDEL SBO 6 UNIVERSAL, which facilitates the bottle forming process.

The system features a preform tipper and preform orientation mechanisms to ensure smooth handling of preforms. It is configured for Format: PCO 1881, compatible with specific bottle types. The SIDEL AIR BELTS 2015 provide reliable transport throughout the line.

The bottling line incorporates the SIDEL ALSIM MONOBLOCK which allows for integrated rinsing and filling processes. The filling machine is equipped with 40 isobaric valves, ensuring precise filling operations. Additionally, the AROL corker with 12 heads – pick & place is included for sealing the bottles, compatible with Cap type: 1881 Flat and Sport.

An AROL Cap Elevator is integrated, enhancing the efficiency of capping operations. The SMI Shrink Wrapper LSK 30 F 2001 is utilized for packaging, featuring a film launch type. For added convenience, the line includes a TWINPACK handle machine, facilitating easy handling of packs.

Finally, the PALLET WRAPPER with a rotating arm is included to securely wrap palletized products. The line supports workable formats of 0.5 L – 1 L – 1.5 L, making it versatile for different packaging needs.
