Start with the bottle drawing

Send drawings or samples specifications for the current and proposed bottles: material, capacity, height, diameter, shape, neck finish and handling points. A change from round to shaped bottles, or between glass and PET, may affect more than a single guide. Identify each machine involved and the output you need.

Follow the container through the line

Assessment considers the interfaces between conveyors, rinsers, fillers, cappers and labellers. Feed screw pitch, transfer stars, container support and guiding must match the actual equipment. Indicate which change parts are already included with a used machine and which format is missing.

Define the conversion and the checks

The proposed scope may involve supplying format components, fitting or adjustment and a production trial.
