Plan a new label or bottle format with the actual labelling technology in mind. Elitekno evaluates format equipment and the technical work required for the particular labeller, rather than treating every label size as interchangeable.

Identify the technology and the application

State whether the machine uses self-adhesive, cold-glue, hot-glue, roll-fed labels or sleeves. Include the label drawing, application position and the container drawing. Front, back and neck labels can require different equipment and adjustments. A format change is distinct from converting the machine to another labelling technology.

Send reel or cut-label specifications

For a reel application, share label dimensions, pitch, reel and core sizes, winding direction and relevant registration details. For cut labels, share dimensions, material and the current feeding system. Indicate the application height and how the bottle is held or oriented. The required checks depend on the installed machine.

Coordinate format parts and the trial

Share manufacturer, model, serial number, installed stations and target output. We assess the applicable format components and agree the supply and technical work. Any fitting, adjustment or production trial is defined in the quotation with the materials and responsibilities required for it.
