Used Complete PET Bottling Line 12.000 bph manufactured by Procomac is a comprehensive bottling solution built in the year 2000. This line achieves an hourly production capacity of 12.000 bph.

The system includes a blower SIPA SF R 12 with 12 cavities for efficient bottle production. It is equipped with a preform tipper and a preform elevator/orientator to streamline operations. A cooling chiller ensures optimal temperatures during processing, and the line comes with 3 sets of molds for bottles of 0.5, 1.5, and 2 litres; the 1 litre mold requires modification due to existing writing.

The filling monoblock PROCOMAC FILLSTAR is an isobaric filler that also dates from 2000, featuring a rinser with 50 clamps, a filler with 60 valves, and a 10 head capper for pre-threaded plastic caps from CORVAGLIA and ALASKA. Additionally, the line includes a saturator and a CIP washing system.

The PELACCI cap elevator, manufactured in 2000, aids in efficient capping operations. There is also a labeller P.E. ROLLMATIC from 2018 with 12 heads and a Roll Fed station for labeling processes.

For packaging, the line includes a shrink wrapper ZAMBELLI LFT 50, built in 2019 with a double track handle system, and a handler COMAG H 55/1 from 2000.

Finally, the palletizer LEVATI ARTIS 1000 (year 2000) and a pallet wrapper ROBOPAC HELIX HS 30 (year 2000) are included for efficient pallet handling and wrapping. The system is designed with air belts, conveyor belts for transporting full bottles, and roller conveyors for pallet transport, enabling format changes for 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 liter bottles.
