Used Complete CEM Bottling Line Beer from CEM, constructed in 2010, is designed for efficient bottling operations with an impressive hourly production capacity of 2,500 bph.

The line features a loading table to facilitate the easy and efficient handling of bottles. The filling monoblock CEM model SRTC 9 6 1 includes a rinser that prepares bottles for filling. This system incorporates 9 clamps for securing bottles during the rinsing process and utilizes single treatment with a fixed nozzle.

The filler employs gravity filling technology and is equipped with 6 filling valves to ensure accurate and efficient filling of bottles. The capper features a single head, designed specifically for crown cap 26 mm caps, allowing for secure sealing of each bottle.

Additionally, the line includes a labeller CEM that operates a single adhesive station, applying labels to both the front and back of each bottle. The thermal transfer stamper provides an option for adding date and batch information directly onto the label.

The system is completed with an outgoing accumulation table, facilitating the seamless transfer of finished bottles. It is compatible with bottles of a format size measuring Ø 60 mm. The line is also equipped with various safety protections to ensure safe operation during the bottling process.
