Used Complete Bottling Line PET Berchi is a comprehensive system designed for the production of natural and sparkling water. Built in 2006 by Berchi, it has an impressive hourly production capacity of 22,000 bph.

The line includes a Blow Moulding Machine SIG BLOWMAX 18, manufactured in 2002, featuring a rotary design with 18 cavities. It can accommodate bottle formats of 0.5 L and 1.5 L.

For filling, the line incorporates a Filling Monoblock BERCHI ISOFILL V 60-80-15, also constructed in 2006, with 60 clamps and a fixed nozzle system for single treatment. The isobaric filler is equipped with 80 filling valves and includes a sanitization circuit along with fake bottle functionality.

The Capper Screw plastic AROL Mod. EURO PK from 2006 features 15 heads and is compatible with Corvaglia sparkling water and Alaska caps for still water. It is equipped with a caps elevator and can also handle glass bottles.

Additionally, the line features a Saturator and a Drying Tunnel for processing. The Labeller Z ITALIA L72 / 18T RF / SR, manufactured in 2013, operates counterclockwise, featuring 18 heads for roll-fed labeling with wraparound applications.

For packaging, the Shrink Wrapper SMI SK 602P from 2006 offers a film-only configuration with a double track system and includes a 3M handle applicator. An additional Shrink Wrapper SMI LSK 15 F, built in 2002, supports multipack functionality.

To facilitate sorting, a Divider from 2006 is used to manage multipacks from 1 to 2 lanes.

The system is completed with the Palletizer BERCHI GENIUS PTF/2 from 2003, featuring a push design and double entry, and an automatic pad placing system. Finally, the Pallet-wrapper ROBOPAC HELIX HS 40 from 2003 utilizes a rotating arm for wrapping, and the layout includes air belts for transporting empty bottles, along with conveyors for full bottles and bundle transport.
