Used Complete Bottling line Kosme PET Milk from the manufacturer Kosme, constructed in 2006, offers an efficient solution for bottling operations. This complete line has an hourly production capacity of 6,000 bph, designed specifically for bottling milk in PET bottles.

The system includes a preform tipper and a preform orientation/elevator to ensure smooth operation. The heart of the line is the KOSME KSB 4L blow molder, which comes with molds for both 1LT and 1.5LT bottles. A set of air belts facilitates the transportation of bottles throughout the process.

The filling process is handled by the AVE EFS 16/16/4 NH filling monoblock, featuring a rinser with 16 forceps for sterilization, and a 16 valve filler that operates by weight for precise filling. Bottles are capped using a 4 head pick&place capper, which applies pre-threaded plastic caps with dimensions of Ø 38×17, supported by a pneumatic cap elevator.

Labeling is performed by the KRONES rollfed labeller with 10 heads, model Contiroll, ensuring accurate and efficient tagging of each bottle. The line also includes a MARIANI case packing machine for packaging bottles into crates, along with bottle/crate transport belts and a palletizer for crates, completing the bottling process.
