Used Complete Bottling Line Borelli for Beer

The Used Complete Bottling Line Borelli for Beer, manufactured by Borelli in 2014, is a fully equipped bottling solution designed for beer production with an impressive hourly output of 2,000 bph.

This bottling line features a Filling Monoblock BORELLI that operates in a clockwise direction and includes a rinser with 12 clamps and a fixed nozzle, offering double treatment with both water and inert gas. The filler is equipped with 16 valves and utilizes isobaric filling, which incorporates pre-evacuation and de-gassing processes.

Additionally, the line includes a single head capper for crown caps, accommodating caps measuring 26 mm. The pasteurization tunnel TEKNINOX, also from 2014, ensures the product's longevity.

For labeling, the labeller ENOS is equipped with a linear application format featuring two adhesive stations, allowing for the application of front and back labels on the same reel, as well as collar labels.

The bottling line is complemented by a box closing machine SIAT from 2014, which provides adhesive tape closure for boxes above and below. It also includes a clustering machine PARMAMET from 2007, designed for bottle formats of 33×3.

Safety protections are in place throughout the system. Please note that conveyor belts are not included with this assembly.
