Used Complete Aseptic Bottling Line PET 18.000 bph

Used Complete Aseptic Bottling Line PET 18.000 bph from Sidel – Procomac, constructed in 1999, is designed for high-volume production, with an hourly output of 18.000 bph. This line includes a Blower SIDEL known as SBO 16/16 ROUE, featuring 16 cavities and functioning in a rotary type.

The system includes two sets of molds for bottle production: one for 1.5 liters and another for 0.20 liters. The molds are designed for bottles with a neck diameter of 26.16 mm and a ring diameter of 33.5 mm. Additional components of the line are a Preform elevator and a Preform unscrambler.

The monoblock component is a PROCOMAC ASEPTIC unit that integrates a Rinser, Gravity filler, and a Capper suitable for pre-threaded plastic caps. A Sleever is also included in the system, which operates on a rotary basis, and the setup incorporates a long autonomy warehouse.

For temperature management, the line has a Steam tunnel for product treatment prior to packaging. The finishing is carried out using an Shrink Wrapper OCME with film launch type, complemented by a Palletizer OCME utilizing a push system, which also includes a system for interlayer and pallet storage.

Lastly, the line is equipped with a Pallet-Wrapper OCME identified as NP 625. Note that the CHILLER AND COMPRESSOR are not included with this unit.
