Used Sipa Complete Bottling Line PET still water

The Used Sipa Complete Bottling Line PET still water was constructed in 2004 and is designed for high-efficiency production, achieving an hourly output of 12,000 bph. This bottling line handles formats of 0.33 LT and 0.5 LT bottles.

The system includes a Monoblock Combi PROCOMAC | SIPA 8.40.8, featuring a blow moulding machine with 8 cavities, which allows for simultaneous production of multiple bottles. It incorporates a filler equipped with 40 valves to streamline the filling process, ensuring accuracy and speed. The capper is designed with 8 heads, promoting efficient capping of the bottles.

For labeling, the line uses a P.E. HOT MELT labeller, which offers secure label application. Additionally, a HEUFT bottle inspector is integrated for quality control, monitoring the control level throughout the bottling process.

The finished bottles are then processed by a wraparound Atlanta for packaging. Finally, an Acmi palletizer and Acmi conveyors facilitate the seamless movement and organization of the finished products, enhancing overall production efficiency.
