Key components of the system include the COMAC automatic preform loading, facilitating seamless preform handling. The Octabin preform tipper from LANFRANCHI and SIDEL preform feeder – Anduze Compact type ensure efficient preform feeding. The core of the line is the SIDEL SBO24/24 blow molding machine (serial number 1047), which contributes to high-quality bottle production.

Transport of full bottles is managed by BERCHI – COMAC – PELACCI systems according to the layout specified. The labeling is handled by a KRONES Canmatic 720-18 type 073 labeller. To complete the packaging process, the system comes with a Zambelli shrink wrapper (type LFT1000/90) and a Zambelli FV120/D oven.

Additionally, the line includes BERCHI bundle conveyors, a PROCOMAC bundle sorter, and modified BERCHI bundle conveyors to OCME specifications. For pallet handling, a KETTNER pallet magazine type LPM, KETTNER palletizer type UNI/D, and KETTNER pallet conveyors are integrated into the system. Finally, a ROBOPAC wrapper mod GENESIS TOP and a CAPSULE PROT Malimen power supply are also part of the setup, along with a BIEMME belt lubrication unit to ensure smooth operations.
