Used PET Complete Bottling Line Krones

Used PET Complete Bottling Line Krones is a fully equipped bottling system designed for high-volume production. Manufactured by Krones, this line has been constructed between the years 2003 – 2018 and is capable of achieving an impressive hourly production rate of 14,000 bph.

The line operates in a clockwise direction and features a Blower KRONES C310 with 10 cavities for effective preform handling, including a preforms tilter and hopper for optimal feeding. It accommodates a variety of bottle sizes, with a stamp range from 0.50L to 2L.

For the filling process, the line includes an isobaric filling monoblock BC 70.70.10 along with a rinser that boasts 70 clamps, and a filler equipped with 70 valves. The capping mechanism consists of a capper with 10 heads for various cap types, including Cap Alaska (3P) and BPF 28mm.

A labeller KRONES features 18 heads for roll-fed labeling, supported by air conveyors ZECCHETTI to ensure efficient transport. Additional components include an ozonator, caps elevator, saturator, and a CIP system for clean-in-place operations.

The production line also integrates a dryer for bottles, a bottle inspector to check labels, caps, and levels, and a laser marker for coding. Moreover, it is outfitted with an accumulation table, a SYMPAK shrinkwrapper, and a divider for organizing bottle flow.

To facilitate palletization, there is a palletizer SYMPAK and a pallet wrapper. The machinery is powered by a BOGE low pressure compressor and a SIAD booster, making it a comprehensive solution for bottling operations.
