Used Galdi RG50-2 Filling Machine from 2010, designed for packaging dairy products in brick cartons. This machine has a production capacity of 2,500 bricks per hour.

The machine operates from left to right, with the capability to handle bricks from 1.5 L to 2 L. The bottom sealing of the cartons is carried out by heat sealing using presses, ensuring a secure closure.

In addition, the machine is equipped with a single-head cap inserter for Pure Twist Flip_34i caps. The head height adjustment is fixed, and for format change it is necessary to lower the carton.
