The Used 2017 CFT Isobaric Sincroblock 30.30.6 – 12,000 bph is a machine designed for filling and labeling glass bottles. Manufactured by CFT in 2017, this unit can produce up to 12,000 bottles per hour.
The machine features a monoblock composed of a rinser with fixed nozzles, an isobaric filler with 30 valves, and a 6-head crown capper. It is suitable for 0.33 L glass bottles (long neck and champagne type) and 0.75 L champagne-type bottles. It supports crown caps with diameters of 26 mm and 29 mm.
For labeling, it can apply self-adhesive front and back labels for 0.33 L long neck bottles, and wrap-around labels for both 0.33 L and 0.75 L champagne-type bottles. The PE Labeller labeler has a maximum output of 12,000 bottles/hour without orientation and 11,000 bottles/hour with orientation.
