Used Complete PET Bottling Line

Used Complete PET Bottling Line from STM, constructed in 2015, is an efficient system designed for the production of natural water at a speed of 3,000 bph. This line is specifically configured for 6 LT formats and is composed of several key components.

The Blower STM model BLU LINE 3 features 3 cavities, paired with an elevator/orientator for preforms and a booster HP operating from 10 to 30 Bar. The Compressor LP runs at 10 Bar, while a chiller is included for temperature management.

The Triblock STM model ARROW 16/16/6 NC/BIG is equipped with a rinser featuring 16 clamps and a filler with 16 gravity filling valves. The capping system includes 6 magnetic heads designed for pre-threaded plastic caps, specifically the 48 mm BERICAP. An automatic cap feeder and a CIP sanification system, which was implemented in 2015, ensure cleanliness and efficiency. The filtration system incorporates HEPA filters.

A Labeller UNO ADE from 2016 is integrated, which applies adhesive labels in a linear direction using an enveloping method. The line includes an automatic distributor and palletizing solutions from Ersey Makina, featuring an interlayer system, pallet storage, and a pallet wrapper with a rotating arm, accommodating maximum formats of Ø 175 mm.

The system also includes air conveyors for bottles, as well as both bottle and pallet transport belts, ensuring seamless operation. Safety protections are in place to enhance operational safety within the bottling line.
