Used Complete MBF Bottling Line Still Wine is a bottling line designed for the processing of still wine with an hourly production capacity of 4.000 bph. This line, constructed in 2002 by MBF, includes several key components for efficient operation.

The line features a Depalletizer Ape Babydepal, also from 2002, which assists in the automated handling of bottles. It is equipped with a Plate filter Seitz Orion for the filtration process. The Monoblock MBF 25.30.4.3 unit from 2002 integrates multiple functions in one unit to streamline operations.

The rinsing process is managed by a Rinser with 25 clamps, which prepares bottles prior to filling. The filling section consists of a Filler with 30 Valves, ensuring accurate and efficient bottling. The capping process includes three different Cappers, including a 4 heads Natural Straight Cork, a 3 heads Crown cap, and a MBF 5T Screw cap introduced in 2009.

Additionally, there is a Bottle Washer Sick Blancamat 8 from 1990 designed to clean the bottles before filling. The line also features a Capsuler Nortan Prisma 40 from 1991 and a Capsuler Robino&Galandrino Astra 6 from 2002, both contributing to the capping process.

To facilitate packaging, an Accumulation table is included for the collected bottles. The Labeller Cavagnino&Gatti CG E8-4-2NPS from 2002 applies labels efficiently.

For final packaging, the line incorporates several machines: a Box Forming machine Bortolin&Kemo Foc 23 30 from 2001, a Box Hives inserter Bortolin&Kemo MA 88/1 from 2001, a Box Packer Bortolin&Kemo IAM 2T AP from 2002, and a Box Sealer Bortolin&Kemo MARA HM from 2001. The Palletizer Bortolin&Kemo PAC 2000, also from 2001, allows for the automatic stacking of boxes onto pallets for shipment.
