Used 34,000 cph Can Filling Line from manufacturer KHS, built in 2015. This line is designed for an hourly output of 34,000 cans/hour and handles 330 ml formats.

The line includes a FIPAL MINIDEPAL 20 LA Depalletizer from 2015 and a KHS Innofill Can DVD 40 filling system with a 40-head filler block for variable volume filling. It is equipped with a Ferrum F6 seamer with 6 heads from 2014, and a CSW Deventer Holland Mini-Multifeeder/54 system for feeding can ends (MMF-01).

For lid inspection, the line features a Heuft Spectrum TX with a reject station, while the Euro Sistemi TF 01 (single) 7.5 kW and TF 02 (double) 15 kW drying units ensure proper drying of the cans. The line is completed by a single-lane outfeed conveyor and a Teledyne Taptone PROS-136FS inspection unit for checking can pressure.
