Used Complete Glass Bottling Line 20.000 bph by Simonazzi is designed for high-efficiency bottling processes, capable of producing 20.000 bph. This line features a comprehensive set of equipment including a Kettner automatic depaletizer and a Kettner automatic palletizer to streamline the handling of bottles. It is equipped with a Berchi 4 head decassetting machine for efficient bottle decassetting.

The line includes an automatic unscrewing machine from Alcaimpianti with 4 heads and a Macero Simonazzi bottle washer featuring 30 rows for effective cleaning. A soda recovery and filtration system is also incorporated, enhancing the line's operational efficiency.

For quality control, it is equipped with a complete logics control void inspector. It features an Isobaric monobloc Simonazzi model Eurostar 100.20 for crown cap application, along with a crown cap elevator. There is also an Arol capper with 10 heads for talog screw cap aluminum application and a screw cap elevator for smooth operation.

The line includes a PE 24 T executive labeling machine that handles both labels and stamps, accompanied by a label, cap, and level control system (FT system) with waste management.
