Product Description

The Used Canning Line 12,000 cph is a complete and high-performance system designed for filling, capping, and cartoning cans. Built in 2015 by the manufacturer CFT, this machine offers an hourly production of 12,000 bph.

The system includes a depaletizer equipped with steel conveyors, a double washing station, and a CFT Mastercan Tronic RS 24-4 monoblock capable of performing isobaric filling. Included equipment consists of a lid elevator with dual lines, a washing system, an inverter, and a CO₂ system.

Additionally, there is a Heuft inspector with X-rays (2015), a can dryer, and various conveyors, including those for transferring to the Kensall sorting table. The line is equipped with a Linx inline coder and an Altech labeler (2018).

Regarding cartoning, the machine includes a Cuikflex 200 cartoning monoblock (2005) and a Nordson Vista gluer, making it suitable for packaging sizes of 12x440ml, 12x330ml, 6x330ml, and 4x330ml. Finally, the line is completed with roller carton conveyors and a GEM52 carton closer (2018), as well as a Clear Mark self-adhesive carton labeler (2021).
