Used Vinegar Bottling Line, built in 2007, produced by Ocim, with an hourly production of 6,000 bph. This machine is suitable for bottling both glass and PET bottles.

The system consists of an Ocim filler from 1995, equipped with 32 taps. It features a sterile filtration system from Pal, including a pre-filter (8 triples) and a final filter (5 triples).

The capper is a Bertolaso model from 1994, refurbished in 2010, with 5 heads and a closure system using aluminum screw caps (31.5X18) and plastic press-on caps.

The labeler is a Cavagnino & Gatti model from 1994, refurbished in 2007, with 7 heads and 2 glue stations for applying labels to both the front and back of the bottles. It also includes a needle stamper.
