Used Complete Bottling Line Isobaric Clifom

Used Complete Bottling Line Isobaric Clifom is a robust bottling system designed for efficient production, constructed in 2004 by Clifom. This line has a capacity of 5.000 bph, making it suitable for medium to high-volume bottling operations.

The line features a depalletizer MONDO&SCAGLIONE, manufactured in 2002, which assists in the efficient unloading of bottles. It includes a filling monoblock 20.50.4.4 CLIFOM from 2004 that incorporates a rinser with 20 clamps to properly clean the bottles before filling. The system is equipped with a filler with 50 valves that operates on an isobaric principle, ensuring a smooth filling process. A de-gassing function is available to remove excess gases for optimal bottling.

The corking process is facilitated by a corker with 4 heads, compatible with natural straight cork, and the line also features a capper with 4 heads for applying screw caps in sizes 31.5 x 18 and 31.5 x 24. An inspector from 2004 ensures product quality throughout the bottling process.

To enhance cleaning and drying, the system includes a washer-dryer CAMES WDT 8, produced in 2004. The line is equipped with a capsuling machine ROBINO&GALANDRINO for applying PVC capsules, along with a labeller P.E. featuring 3 adhesive stations from 2009, for efficient labeling of finished products.

Additionally, the box-forming machine ITALPROJECT, case packer ITALPROJECT, and box-closing machine SIAT contribute to packaging efficiency. The line is completed with a palletizer Mondo&Scaglione and a pallet wrapper for streamlined palletization processes.
