Used Complete Bottling Line Isobaric Bertolaso from the year 2000 is designed for high-efficiency production. This line boasts an impressive hourly production capacity of 6,000 bph for still wine and 3,500 bph for champagne.

The line includes an ACMI mod. STRATOS D200 depalletizer equipped with an interlayer remover system and pallet storage. The filling monoblock BERTOLASO 28.36.6.4 features a rinser with 28 clamps for single treatment, a isobaric filler with 36 valves that include pre-evacuation and self-leveling capabilities, a corking unit with 6 heads for natural straight cork and mushroom cork, as well as a capper with 4 heads for screw cap Stelvin.

For enhanced quality, the system integrates a JUCLAS microfiltration system and a BERTOLASO caps elevator. The NORTAN mod. Minerva 60 wirehooder provides long autonomy storage, while the CAMES mod. WDT 12 washer dryer supports cleanliness and product integrity.

The NORTAN mod. PRISMA capsuling machine consists of a carousel with 16 heads for polylaminate capsules and another carousel with 8 heads specifically for champagne capsules, also featuring long autonomy storage.

Labeling is handled by the KRONES cold glue and adhesive labeller, which includes 3 cold glue stations for front, back, and collar labels, along with 2 adhesive stations for front and back labels. The line is completed with a MARIANI case packer wrap around equipped with a hives inserter and a ACMI mod. RASAR P130 palletizer with pallet storage.

Conveyor belts for bottles and boxes are included, provided by BERTOLASO/ACMI, and the line allows for various format changes.
