Used Complete Bottling Line Filmatic PET & HDPE designed for efficient beverage packaging. Manufactured by Filmatic in 1993 and reconditioned in 2019, this line offers an impressive hourly production rate of 10,000 bph.

The system features 32 filling heads and 8 capping heads, accommodating 38mm cap size for PET and HDPE containers. With a speed output of 180 bottles per minute for 1-liter bottles, this line is optimized for high-volume production.

Key components include FESTO air-operated components, a cap blower for efficient elevation of caps into the cap sorter, and CIP wash capabilities with a wash tank for valves, a CIP ring, and a washdown facility in the cabin.

The machine includes an infeed conveyor and an outfeed conveyor for streamlined operation. Change parts for 1-2 liters square containers are available, and the height of the machine is adjustable by motor for convenience.

Safety features include a safety stop and emergency stops on the doors when open. The equipment comes fully guarded by a stainless steel frame with plexiglass doors, and includes stainless steel steps for easy access to the control panel, which is equipped with a counter and other controls.
