Used Complete Aseptic PET Bottling Line

Used Complete Aseptic PET Bottling Line by Krones, constructed in 2011, is designed for high-capacity production of fruit juices and tea. This bottling line offers an impressive hourly production rate of 30,000 bottles per hour for 500 ml containers, with adjustable rates for larger sizes: 24,000 bottles per hour for 1000 ml and 18,500 bottles per hour for 1500 ml.

The line utilizes an aseptic filling method, allowing for the filling of still products at a filling temperature range of 18-24°C into PET bottles of sizes 500 ml, 1000 ml, and 1500 ml, all adhering to a bottle top standard of 28 mm.

Key components of the system include a Krones Pet blowing machine Contiform Serie 3, an aseptic filling block, and a Steriljet sterilizer for maintaining product integrity. The setup features a Variojet rinser, a filler, and a capper, coupled with ventilation engineering isolator aseptic to ensure optimal hygienic conditions.

For effective product treatment, the line includes a sterile tank, a rework container, and a CIP-system cleaning system. Additionally, it incorporates a Matrix Laser DDC3 for bottle coding, a Checkmat FM-X+L fill level sensor, and a process-control-system (PCS) for precise production monitoring.

The line is equipped with a Krones Contiroll labeling machine, a Krones Variopac packing machine, and a Krones Robobox palletizer for efficient packaging operations. Finally, SYNCO bottle transport ensures smooth movement throughout the bottling process.
