Used Complete Aseptic Bottling Line 40.000 bph manufactured by Sidel is a comprehensive system designed for high-capacity production of fruit juices. Constructed in 2011, this bottling line can achieve an hourly production of 40,000 bph for 0.5-liter bottles and 28,000 bph for 1.5-liter bottles, accommodating various bottle formats including 0.2 liters, 0.5 liters, 1.5 liters, and 1.75 liters.

The line includes a Sidel SBO 20 Universal PET blowing machine, equipped with a preform tipper, preform hopper, unscrambler, and infeed rail. It features an efficient Sidel ARS system for low air consumption and an Eco2 oven with 20 heating modules designed for 38mm neck bottles. The blowing station can swiftly switch between 20 shell molds, although molds are not included.

For transportation, the Sidel Rafale air conveyor system is integrated, spanning approximately 250 meters with complete automation, ensuring seamless flow from the blower to the aseptic filler.

The Sidel Sensofill FMA 80/24K BS 13 aseptic tribloc is a key component, consisting of dual aseptic rinsers, an 80-head filler, and a 24-head Arol capper. For sterilization, it includes an aseptic UBS system and two Aidlin 24 caps feeders. The system is supported by a sterile steam generator.

Further enhancing the bottling line are Heuft controllers for precise monitoring and a Videojet laser coder for labeling. The SACMI Opera 400RF 257/SR labeling machine is designed for OPP wrap-around labels, equipped with tools for the different bottle formats.

Quality control is ensured with the HEUFT labels inspection system, capable of inspecting labels in 360°, featuring an ejector for rejects. The line also includes an automatic shrink-wrapping machine KHS Kisters PSP 050B for film and tray packaging, and an automatic carton packer KHS Kisters WP A-H for wraparound cartons.

On the logistics side, the Sidel Sorbal complete conveying system handles bottles and packs with accumulation tables along with Ecolab lubrication and full automation. The Sidel Roboclumn palletizer is included for efficient packing and transfer to the wrapping station, along with an automatic pallets wrapping machine Robopack Genesis HS T71 with pallet accumulation at the line exit.

Additional components include a Markem pallets labeller, CIP room equipment, and a pre-treatment room featuring systems such as Tetra Alsafe, Tetra Therm aseptic drink, and Tetra Alblend, along with Pierre Guérin tanks and pumps for syrup transfer and minority ingredients.
