Kompass Star Four Av Used Capper from 2004, designed for high productivity with an hourly capacity of 7,000 bph. This machine is equipped with 4 heads for aluminum screw caps and 4 heads for “T” caps, operating in a clockwise direction.

The electric adjustment of the head height allows the machine to be adapted to various formats. It can handle caps of different sizes, including aluminum screw caps with diameters of 31.5 mm x 24 mm and 31.5 mm x 44 mm, and “T” caps with a head diameter of 30 mm.

The distribution system for the “T” cap is of the pick & place type, while for the aluminum screw cap, a pick-and-place system is used. The machine supports bottles with diameters ranging from Ø 62 mm to Ø 100 mm and heights from a minimum of 180 mm to a maximum of 330 mm.
