Used Krones Can Filling Line 60,000 cph from manufacturer Krones, year of manufacture 2022, designed for the production of carbonated and still beverages with a capacity of 60,000 cph for 250 ml cans. The machine has operated for a total of 4,000 hours and is compatible with standard, slim, and sleek cans.

The line is equipped with a CDL closing system and supports DIA200 and DIA202 closure formats. It includes a CIP II: Varioclean cleaning system and beverage treatment through Contiflow.

For filling, the line features a Modulfill can filler, with lid feeding handled by a dedicated unit. Empty cans are inspected by a Cantronic 709 system, and cleaning is performed with foam.

The line also includes a Ferrum can seamer, a Linaflex pasteurizer, a 1850T stretch wrapper, and a Variopac Pro 2 one-way packer. Container transport is managed by Synco conveyors, while drying is handled by Linadry 1 and Linadry 2. Additional inspection machines are available, including a Checkmat 731 and a can rinsing system.
